THERE WILL BE MADE AN ADVANCE DEBIT OF THE FULL VALUE FOR RESERVATIONS FOR MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge per pet, per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets (dogs and cats) with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. It is mandatory to present the pet's vaccination card at check-in. The accommodations must be contacted for availability and prices. In the event of early check-out, the unused amount can remain as a credit that can be used for one year, except on special dates such as holidays and events when the amount will be retained by the accommodations. In the case of minors accompanied by their parents, it is essential that they present an identity document when checking in. If unaccompanied from parents, a written authorization from the legal guardian, notarized, must be provided at check-in, along with the minor's identity document.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
