This is my 4th visit. One thing I noticed, the quality is decreasing, My expectations could not be met as per the payment I made. But staves are awesome, fast. The buffet level has gone down. rooms are fine

Very warm welcoming staff and the food is good. Liked the breakfast spread.

Very dirty. The room as well as the bathroom. Stained sheets and pillow cover and the headboard. Bathroom floor is full of water always as there is no separate shower or jacuzzi. Certainly very very disappointing.

But it was not sea facing as it has been mentioned..

The Room service boys and security staff at the entrance gate were better than the reception staff.

The behaviour of the staff at the reception was deplorable. They did not have a proper Menu in the room. A QR code was available in the room but it didn't contain the full menu as informed by the reception. Stayed for 02 day but the room was not cleaned once. Even the reception staff said that if you had booked the room directly instead of going through Booking.com it would have been much cheaper. The Kitchen was too slow and took huge time to deliver the meals. Even the Food Quality was not good.
