"Buena ubicación a dos cuadras de reforma."

La ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos caminando del Ángel de la Independencia. El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto siempre y la cama era bastante cómoda. El patio es agradable y en general las instalaciones son buenas.

El cuarto en el que estuvimos estaba muy mal ventilado, sólo tenía una pequeña ventana por donde entraban los mosquitos. No cuenta con aire acondicionado, y cuando llegamos no había ni un ventilador. Tuvimos que pedirlo dos veces. El baño expedía un olor fuerte que por la falta de ventilación se extendía al cuarto. También la regadera tuvo problemas para funcionar. Se envió a un plomero al día siguiente y se arregló todo, pero creo que es algo que se pudo haber previsto. Intenté contactarme por medio del chat de booking con el alojamiento y nunca obtuve respuesta. También el cuarto se anunciaba como habitación con patio, pero es un patio compartido, para tomar en cuenta si se reserva pensando en que es privado.

No había aire acondicionado y se sentía calor, acababan de fumigar otras habitaciones y se sentía el olor del producto que usaron para hacerlo
