Convenient and clean, space is good for big families

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Provided with all the necessary kitchen utensils and electrical appliances. Location is excellent. Just walking distance from JR Sinkansen, local subway station and bus terminal too.

Pillows was too soft.

The location is perfect, near the station and the shopping outlets. 5 mins to Delicia, a supermarket. The kitchen was very well equipped and maintained, with all the crockery and utensils provided. Comfortable and big enough rooms. Wonderful bath. Very good washing machine and dryer. Towels and amenities were provided. Trash bags provided as well. Host was also very responsive and communicated well, from the point of giving the key code to replenishing supplies. This was a home away from home and provided a sanctuary in Karuizawa :)

Wished the pillows could be firmer and more pillows provided.
