SASASASADear Booking.com Team, On the 25th, I booked a property for 340 SAR for the stay period from the 27th to the 29th. I also received confirmation for the reservation. However, on the 27th, while I was traveling to the location, the property owner called me and informed me that the property was no longer available and asked me to cancel the booking. This caused me significant inconvenience and was a very bad experience. Later, when I requested another arrangement, the owner asked for 500 SAR for 2 days. This clearly indicates unfair behavior toward customers and misuse of the online booking platform. I kindly request Booking.com to investigate this issue and take appropriate action against the property owner. Please also assist me regarding compensation or support for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.
