Mr. Josip demonstrated exceptional hospitality and ensured our immediate comfort upon arrival. The apartment's meticulous upkeep and amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploration. The proximity to a complimentary parking lot further enhanced our convenience. To avoid traffic and parking challenges, we utilized the efficient bolt service for our trips to Split, incurring costs between 7€ and 9€ per journey.

The apartment building may not look so great from the outside, but the inside of the apartment is pretty nice.

Josip went above and beyond. He was accomodating when our flights were delayed and he met us right away with a smile and a beverage when we arrived. He explained all of the amenities and surroundings. We were given a map and Josip sat and showed us all the best his town has to offer. The apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies. One of which we sat on for hours and enjoyed the view. It is modern and has everything you could need and the residents are friendly and helpful. There is a pharmacy and groceries within a 5 minute walk.

We met the best host ever. He provided us with all the information to make our stay extremely pleasant. The apartment has a modern design and is fully equipped.

Cosy apartment and perfect location, everything you need is close, has nice beaches near by, unfortunately the main beach was closed during our stay, but the others where also very good. The host of this property is very helpfull and can give advices about the best places of Split. We have really enjoyed the staying!:)

Good apartments, great place, best host

We were 4 of us and we could do with a bigger place. But given the location and price it was worth it in every way. Amenities wise it had everything. Also a terrace to both the rooms. We took bolt every time we had to go to the Riva or Old city where the action was and it used to come to hardly 4-5 €. Interesting host who knew the place well and gave us insightful tips on many things. We stayed 2 nights here and would suggest to others that Split deserves a stay for 2-3 nights. Value for money and everything was economical be it eating outside, cabs, etc. Sight seeing prices are slightly steep but there are options for every pocket.

The apartment is a very clean, practical, motivating place, where you can sit on the balcony that overlooks the blue sea out onto the island that inspires you to be focused if it is for work (business ) or just fall into a chill out mode and watch the sunset with a beer in hand. Inside the apartment it feels like a home away from home ........all at a reasonable price.

well, the negative turned into a positive, the car park or any cars are away from the front door of the building: meaning peace and quiet ! this negative ended up as a positive, especially at night so quite ))))

The owner was really cool guy. Celebrity of Split. 😄 Very helpful and friendly. He even prepared some small gifts for us (cookies, juice and bottles of water). The appartment had everything needed and 2 balconies.

At first it was a little hard to find but owner sent us a pinpoint in google maps and met us. Same with parking. Overall the housenumbers of the area are confusing so to find the correct number you need to check the ground in front of the entrance, it has house nr drawn on the ground. So overall it wasn't exactly something we didn't like. It was more of a inconvenience.
