Friendly front office staff..

Every year I stay in this hotel while on the way to MUSCAT AIRPORT. EVERY YEAR same problem. Lack of cleanliness.last year room full of BEDBUGS. This year's room is full of small 🪳 ( cocorochus). Attacking from all the corners. VERY BAD. Now these insects transferred to my homeland INDIA FROM HOTEL SUN CITY
