Palacio Canton Hotel - Valladolid

Locatie! Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats tegenover hotel, wat erg handig was. Mooi lobby. Prima zwembadje. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. ‘s Nachts rustig.

Onze kamer had uitzicht op de lobby en was in feite inpandig, daardoor wat weinig ventilatie en wat muf. Het gordijn kon niet open zonder verlies van privacy. De badkamer had geen eigen ventilatie maar alleen gat naar slaapkamer.

The receptionist was nice, spoke english well. We could leave our luggages there before check in (we arrived in the morning). The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square and the bus station.

Breakfast was only some fruits and oreo.

Bien située et décoration originale. Il y a le nécessaire.

Éviter le petit déjeuner des biscuits et du café soluble. Le lit dans lequel je m’enfonçais

Location and free parking but everything else is the scam !

SCAM !!! The room wasn't at all as advertised and too small . It was so dirty the bed wasn't clean ,bed sheets pillow .. overall condition of the room wasn't good ,no hair dryer as well no water even to drink .there was a breakfast in the booking but at the desk it was denied overall the experience wasnt as expected i hope you can be more honest of what we book and what we find in reality . And the staff could be smile and be more friendly that would help alot
