Het zwembad was heerlijk, veel gebruik van gemaakt, lekker kunnen afkoelen

Konden niet onze koffers goed openen. Te weinig ruimte.

La ubicación

No estaba limpio, nos encontramos bichos en la habitación. El primer día solicitamos el desayuno para las 7:00, ya que teníamos una excursión, y nos aseguraron que estaría preparado, sin embargo cuando fuimos a recogerlo no estaba preparado y la persona que había en la recepción nos dijo que él no sabía nada, se desentendió del todo.

Nah am Zentrum gelegen. Infotafel an der Rezeption. Die alte Einrichtung hat Charme, aber wird leider nicht gut gepflegt.

Es roch modrig und das Zimmer war stickig. Es gab kein Fenster und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem und leider waren auch die Zimmer nicht sauber. Überall Haare von vorherigen Gästen und die Bettwäsche sah auch nicht sauber aus.

El jardín, y la ubicación

En la noche se escuchan muchos ruidos, el sereno tenia tos y no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche ya que estábamos en las primeras habitaciones y se escuchaba todo.... Y le faltaba ventilación a la habitación.... El decorado algo sobrecargado pero eso es cuestión de gustos!

Bathrooms were very basic and inconsistent quality across rooms

Very clean room, located close to the ADO bus terminal (and colectivos to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam), excellent wifi, nice 2 x 0,5l complementary water. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. They offer 24h reception and we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception until the late afternoon, on the day of the check out, which was nice.

Shower could use a bit of maintenance, but overall a real nice place to stay in Valladolid.
