3rd visit to property. Rented for family overspill fir Christmas gathering. Very comfortable and special touches of Christmas trees enjoyed by my grandchildren.

Convenient location. Clean and good condition. Well fitted out.

Very dark access at night. Wouldn't recommend for woman on her own. Not much window light.

"A lovely place to stay."

Everything was great, couldn't fault a thing. Everything spotless, comfy bed, great telly with all the apps. Clean bathroom with easy to use shower. Will definitely stay again when in Frinton next.

Facilities at the apartment are very good. Shower was excellent and heating too. Everything was presented very well

Location was awkward to find although directions provided were excellent.

Everything!! Immaculately clean , lovely extra touches , fabulous location great little wine bar just across the road, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend and will be back .
