"Dobra lokacija, stara zgrada bez lifta, apartman bez tople vode"

Lokacija je dobra, blizu centra grada. U apartmanu je i kuhinja. Domaćin je ponudio pomoć oko prtljage.

Kasno sam primila podatke za check in tek nakon poziva bookingu. Nakon toga smo otkrili da apartman ima 4 kata bez stepenica što može biti teško za osobe sa zdravstvenim problemima. Najveći razlog nezadovoljstva je bio što na početku siječnja dok je bilo hladno, nije bila dostupna grijalica u kupaoni kao ni topla voda za tuširanje. To je osnovno što bi trebalo funkcionirati.
