Apartments Pomerio Rijeka

The property was very small and in tired condition. The walls are very thin. A few changes would really help like some new cutlery, crockery etc. A light near the bed would be very useful. There was nothing to clean the washing up with so i had to get a sponge out of the cleaners cupboard in the corridor. Shower door broken. These are all fixable. I accept it was cheap so wasn't expecting a big flat but a few changes and a better clean would make a big difference.

Very communicative, very informational. Though bathroom smells a bit funny, might be because it is pump-operated toilet.

Parking too far and expensive on the listing it say Eu 7 a day. They charge us 17 Euro for 13 hrs overnight The biggest concern was stairs the unit was on the fifth floor and no elevator in the building we had to use 100 stairs each way. These issues need to be mentioned on the listing

It was perfect, short walk to the bus station and restaurants close by are fab (El Rio). The communication by the hosts was brilliant, and they made everything easy. Super clean and amenities are brilliant. We were a bit unsure if the cleaning utilities (washing powder) outside in the hall could be used by us, or was another apartments personal use, would have been brilliant if they could be used though - we maybe just missed this. Honestly so worth it, we'd have stayed here again if we came back to rijeka! Thank you

There are stairs up 4 flights so if you have elderly with you It maybe a little harder.

It's in good location and fortunately there is air conditioner. Only problem is that there is not elevator. Otherwise, it is in walkable distance to city center
