1/10 – Avoid if you value sleep We booked this hotel for 10 days but ended up leaving after only 2 nights because our stay was unbearable. The hotel was hosting a summer camp with around 20–30 children who were running through the hallways, yelling, jumping, and slamming doors late into the night. We barely slept the first night. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who assured us the situation would be handled. Unfortunately, the second night was just as bad—if not worse. Once again, the hallways were filled with noise until late at night, and we got almost no sleep for a second consecutive night. The following day, we spoke to the manager again (the owner’s son). He repeated that they would take care of the problem, but by then we had lost confidence that anything would change. We decided to check out early and find another hotel. Before we left, the manager promised he would contact the company to arrange a partial refund for the unused 8 nights. We also contacted Booking.com to help with the request, but the hotel ultimately refused the refund. As a result, we had to pay for a second hotel, essentially paying twice for the same vacation. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the noise—it was that the hotel knew about the large group of children, failed to manage the situation, and then didn’t honor the promise of a partial refund after we were forced to leave. I would give this hotel 0/10 if I could, but unfortunately, 1/10 is the lowest rating available. I cannot recommend staying here.
