La Maison d'Eté Hotel by NEWMARK

Our stay at La Maison d'Eté exceeded our expectations by far. This small boutique hotel with only 16 rooms is a real hidden gem. The entire property is incredibly charming and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sophisticated uniform clothing of the staff, the tropical architecture surrounded by the well-kept garden, the maritime décor, the subtle yet recurring coral logo — everything fits together perfectly. We were also delighted by the wide range of complimentary water sports equipment: snorkeling gear with fins, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards — there is something for everyone. The sea is a little rougher here, so you should be a confident swimmer for snorkeling and definitely wear water shoes, which are also provided. The underwater world is beautiful and well worth exploring. The food was also excellent. As vegetarians, the selection on the menu seemed a little limited at first, but upon request, additional dishes were gladly prepared for us — at no extra cost, just feel free to ask! The kitchen team was very flexible, and every meal was absolutely delicious and authentic. However, it was the hospitality and the little gestures of kindness that made the experience exceptional. Most of all, we would like to highlight the warmth and amazing spirit of the entire team. The people there made our vacation truly unforgettable. Our special thanks go to Sonam from the service team, who was always incredibly welcoming. Raj impressed us with his talent for foreign languages and his wonderful sense of humor, while Nilesh will remain in our memories because of his positive energy and cheerful personality. Nitin delivers outstanding service with such ease and professionalism — he always pays attention to every detail and remembers the guests’ preferences and habits. Because of her warm, open, and vibrant personality, we instantly took the General Manager, Rosemary, to our hearts.

Le cadre est idyllique, l’hôtel ressemble à une petite maison de vacances dans laquelle il est agréable de passer du temps. Le personnel de l’hôtel (à l’exception de la direction) est aux petits soins.

L’hôtel reste loin de tout. De plus, le comportement de la direction reste à désirer, on nous a refusé une prestation qui a été accordée le matin même à deux clients de l’hôtel, sans justification valable, à la limite du désagréable. Après cela, nous n’avons eu aucune aide pour descendre nos bagages de la chambre lors de notre départ, pendant que la direction nous regardait faire les bras croisés. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, cela nous a laissé un goût amer. Par ailleurs, le restaurant n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur, et le petit déjeuner (qui n’est pas un buffet) est beaucoup trop répétitif et peu varié.

Un hôtel à taille humaine avec un service personnalisé et luxueux! Merci pour l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Le lieu est magnifique, l’hôtel donne directement sur la plage avec sa mer turquoise. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et très bien équipées

Alles war perfekt. Das Personal liest die Wünsche von den Augen ab - waren top betreut und alle waren super freundlich! Das Anwesen war traumhaft!
