INDUSTRIAL CHIC HOUSE - Private parking

The rooms are well appointed, spacious and super clean. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy everything Orvieto has to offer. Parking is available which makes it even more perfect!.

We absolutely loved Orvieto—it is such a pretty town. Our stay was a 10/10 experience! The location is awesome and right in the heart of everything, yet it stayed perfectly quiet and peaceful. We lived that there was a private parking spot (in the courtyard) as well! The room was a decent size and very clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfy. We really appreciated the shared kitchen, which had a coffee maker, microwave, a big table, and plenty of fridge space for both rooms. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we especially loved their very cute and friendly dog, Biscotto, and the sweet kitty. The outdoor seating area is also a great touch. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing to note is that the alleyway to reach the property by car is quite narrow, but once you arrive, the parking lot in the courtyard is actually spacious.

Difficile da raggiungere con auto grandi.

In pieno centro storico, ha la possibilità di prenotare a pagamento il posto auto (noi stavamo facendo un trekking quindi non ne avevamo bisogno, ma la possibilità c'è). Completa di tutti i servizi. La signora Laura e il cane Biscotto sono stati gentilissimi!

房內有些設施品質堪憂，例如浴室門把搖搖欲墜 退房後可寄放行李，但取件時花了一些時間

La cucina è attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno anche lungo. Abbiamo gradito molto che ci fosse la macchina del caffè e le capsule per poter preparare un caffè la mattina. La stanza era pulita e arredata con gusto, spaziosa, il bagno funzionale e con una doccia molto comoda e spaziosa.
