The property and the facilities are excellent. The staffs here were very helpful. A special mention for Mr. Sonam Stobgais for being always similing and helping in whatever way he can.

Nothing much, but rooms should have a fan. Sometimes there is not enough ventilation

The booking deposit processing (and lack of transparency for this process) threw off a lot of my friends and made the experience bad. The breakfast buffets cost extra and aren't worth the price paid.

Excellent rooms, very warm and caring staff. Helped a lot in tiding through the medical issues due to intense cold and low oxygen saturation

Food can be a little less spicy and some more varieties in breakfast would help further

New and clean hotel, with a nice view from some of the rooms of the mountains.

This hotel is overpriced and poorly managed. I was charged for the wrong room and a friend was treated poorly when he could not use the original credit card of his booking. The breakfast is also overpriced for a basic buffet at 600 rupees. Rooms do not have heating, but space heaters are available on request. There are cheaper and nicer hotels closer to the market.

Location was great and the staff were really lovely!

The room was quite cold initially but soon sorted with a heater and extra blanket.
