Location, proximity to shops and transport. Very comfortable and clean. Not too many stairs.

It would have been nice to have a Microwave to heat up food, if you dont want to eat out. There was a stove available.

Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Staubwischen und Spinnweben beseitigen. Ist keine große Aufgabe.

Die Lage ist perfekt da man alles fußläufig erreicht. Zum Parken muss man allerdings um die Ecke ins Parkhaus. Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze. Auch keinen Aufzug, die Appartments liegen ab der 1. OG. Die Kneipe stört an sich nicht, allerdings sind die Gäste, die sich zum Rauchen draußen aufhalten, sehr laut. Und das bis weit nach Mitternacht.
