It was wonderful! All local food, Fresh squeezed juice from their orange trees, plenty of options on the buffet and she made eggs the way we wanted.

The wifi did not work for any of us but we didn't miss it too much.

although I paid the price including the breakfast the owner of the hotel said that they hadn’t served breakfast for 3 years. she said Booking didn’t know this. However she didn’t make any discount.

Almost everything was great! Room size, location, the owners all was great! I will advice this place to all of my friends and relatives as a very pleasant place to stay.

We couldn't manage the A/C device efficiently. We could not understand if it is in Winter mode or Summer mode. We couldn't ask as well since it was a very late time.

Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner. 1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it. 2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. She gave 1 tomato to 4 of use which clearly wasn't enough 3. There was no hot water in the morning, and the owner said it must have finished. I don't think this is acceptable in a hotel room 4. When we tried to ask for towels because the ones in the hotel room were wet and used, she tried to charge $15 for them and didn't give us any clean towels 5. One air conditioner was working and it was cold in the room. When one of the owners came in the room, he saw the second AC working and said it was working in a high setting. 5 minutes after he left, they cut off our electricity so we don't consume any energy. There was electricity around. 6. The owner was very rude and tried to blame us for everything and told us to go to a 5 star hotel if we want clean towels. In summary, horrible experience with the owner, and I would stay away and pick somewhere else

In terms of the price point, nothing - everything was great.

The level of service by the family owners, plus the relaxing setting and great facilities, were all excellent. It is a haven yet so close to so much. They also happily did a large clothes wash for a small fee. This place was the best of the four Chios places we have stayed so far

Excellent location - close to beach regions (Karfas, Agia Fotini 7-15 mins by car) and mastic villages (Pyrgi, Mesta, Olympi 10-25 mins). Very quiet facility surrounded by lots of trees. Located in a historic region (i suppose, as all houses in town were similar). convenient to park your car.
