The location is great. The breakfast was great too.

The hotel, despite it's good location and facilities, is short of staff. The existing staff are very sincere and multi-tasking.

The sea view

It’s not like in the photos. The toilet needs some renovation. There was some yellow marks in the bedsheets, we ask the staff to change it to clean sheets and when we came back the sheets were different but they also had some yellow marks.. we stayed only one night and we were glad to leave! Staff was nice tho but our expectations based on the photos were different

Samuh Sunset Nusa Pineda was a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but the best part of this accommodation was the amazing service by the staff, particularly Leo who was incredibly friendly and catered to our every need. His English was great and he seemed to really care on a personable level. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. The view from the room was stunning. The view was over the sea with prominent views of the Mount Agung volcano. If you like quiet and remote this hotel sits on its own next to a very high class resort. There is nothing else in that area. It feels isolated but well serviced. It had a beautiful kind of secluded charm to it. Next door is the Pramani hotel which has an amazing high class restaurant. The room had some issues but honestly, at this price, it was entirely acceptable. If you need everything to be perfect you need to expect to pay twice as much.

There were a few little things but when you factor in the price of accommodation it is entirely forgiveable. 1) The Wi-fi is bad. 2) The water from the shower carried as far as in front of the toilet bowl. Therefore the drainage was poorly designed. 3) Some of the upholstery is outdated. The draws on the vanity in the bathroom didn't open and there was no room to put a toiletries bag. 4) The drive from the harbour is about 10-15 minutes and the road is very bad but that is everywhere in Nusa Pineda.

L’établissement n’est pas très loin du centre ville malgré une route d’accès pas génial la situation est idéale et la vue est magnifique. Le staff est charmant, au petit soin et toujours souriant. Vraiment très agréable.
