We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: it was not crowded, quiet, and peaceful. Leo helped us organize shopping and excursions, and we are also grateful to Dea, who arranged an early breakfast and a taxi for our departure! The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. 🙏🏼

Friendly staff, nice area on the top floor to enjoy the views and have drinks and food. Nice and quiet

Horrible road to get to the hotel and you have to go a long way round. There is a way of walking to town but you have to go down a steep path and trek through a very over grown path.

I don’t know why, but the hotel looks like has almost anyone there, the swimming pool all the time empty, the bad for the massage was extremely dirty, like nobody use, so nobody clean… Breakfast unfortunately really bad, and we found a hair at my wife’s plate..

The customer service. Leo was amazing, catered to our every need. Rohman was awesome too guided us where to visit. All in all spectacular views from our room and great service.

The only thing about this place is the view from the balcony and our tour guide Mr. Swarta who was so kind and helpful.

The room 113 smell damp. Water heater doesn't work in the bathroom. Room service is bad. Ordered pizza only to be told that the oven is broken. No telephone in the room to contact reception. To get to town is a nightmare as the road is literally in a jungle with no lights to guide you. No other entertainment available.

Laix and Leo made us feel so welcome, we even got a welcome fresh juice drink. The beds are so comfy and the views from the balcony were incredible. Especially loved the bath tub on the balcony. Would highly recommend the Balinese massage at the hotel.

Safebox could have worked, balcony doors didn't lock even though it's safe area. The pool had fair bit of oil in it we didnt go in (massage oil or from suncreen, not sure) photos of room and pool area were definitely better than what it was, maybe they were taken when it was built and since it has become a bit worn out but wasn't a problem, just set different expectations. Value for money was good because we got it at a black friday sale price but wouldn't have paid the full price. It's a bit far from town (10-15mins by scooter) you need a scooter for sure and the road was pretty bumpy. Again, didn't bother us but just good to know if you don't ride a scooter I wouldn't recommend as you would be paying up to 200k to go to town each time.
