Nous avons été satisfait de ce séjour et aussi par la chambre. Situation idéale proche de la petite venise et d'autres lieux à visiter et le tout à pied.

Convenient location, large comfortable rooms. The only downside is that noise carries easily between rooms and from the hall and communal kitchen area, so if people are socializing or have the volume of their TV too high (both of which were the case in our experience), the sound is loud in the room.

Walking distance to old town(10 min ) , a lot of food and supermarket around area

No reception, no elvator and no personal.

Nice clean room, only few minute walk from old town. Free parking on a backyard. Axelle speaks very good English 👍 Few small minus was shared kitchen between rooms and no soundproof in the doors. That means that you will certainly wake up if neighbour guest arrives in the night and decide to heat up some night snack for himself. The air was not super fresh in my room. Maybe it has been raining before my visit..?

The property is nice and clean. The A/C really helps during the heatwave in Europe. The owner responded quickly via text messages (WhatsApp). The communal kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils, etc. It is within walkable distance (about 10 minutes walk) to the center of the town and The Little Venice
