Personalen var trevlig och svarade snabbt på meddelanden.

Dåligt städad stuga. Spindelnät överallt, gammalt mat på golvet, kaffefilter kvar i bryggaren, unken lukt, klibbiga skåp och odiskad disk i skåpen. Väldigt lyhört.

"Under all kritik"

Skällande hundar under hela vistelsen. Standarden i rummet och framförallt badrummet var under all kritik. Bor ofta på hotell och det här var i särklass det med standard långt under det normala. Hade bokat nytt hotellrum om inte alla hade varit fullbokade pga innebandyturnering så hade vi alla dagar i veckan tagit den extra kostnaden.

Bookingen blev aflyst grundet overbookning. Det fik vi besked om på dagen kl 13.20, mindre end to timer inden tjek ind. Det er ekstremt uprofessionelt og gav os unødig stress og problemer med at finde nyt med så kort varsel.
