Very nice apartment, with many amenities and very good location. They also have accepted my dog without any problem !

1. The gave us, for 5 people (friends), only 1 key 2. At the bed under, inside the bedroom have slept 2 diff Persons and we both had itching ( bedbugs ? ) . The apartment was really tidy and clean. That was the only Problem

Excellent location, easy access to the apartment, cleanliness 100% and accuracy of what was in the description.

Everything was clean and we were comfortable. Everything was as advertised. The windows look directly onto the Heroes of the Ghetto Square. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

From the street on the street side (in the room with the kitchen) there are many spiders that constantly climb into the windows. I don't know if the owners of the apartment can somehow solve it, but it brings some inconvenience, because it is difficult to keep the window open.

Everything was amazing. 10/10 apartment, 9/10 beds, 10/10 kitchenette.

It'll be good to have some way to cool off when it's hot – like a fan. Beds under the ceiling accumulate all the hot air, so this place is ideal for cool seasons.

Appartement located in front of the Jewish memorial square and walking distance to the Schindler factory museum. Not downtown but close to cafes and restaurants. It is also at 10 minutes walking distance to the Jewish quarter which is the best place to be in the evening for dinner. It was easy to communicate with the owner. Easy check-in instructions. The apartment is very well decorated with many ustensiles in the kitchenette. The coffee machine is great. Local bakery down the street. It is where Polish people live, not as expensive and busy as Old Town. Would definitely recommend it.

The information supplied regarding the entrance to the property was sent to me early as I did not have access to internet until I could connect to the apartments Wifi) The communication was excellent and quick and answered any of my queries quickly and efficiently. The service was first class and very helpful. On entrance to the property, we were really impressed with the quality of the furnishings and the entire presentation of the apartment. The rooms looked exact to the photos and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The apartment has everything you need, extensive cooking utensils, bedding, cutlery, and kitchen wear. There really isn't anything more you can wish for. The apartment has every appliance you could need. We didn't use half of them but it was really nice to have the option. The underfloor heating in the bathroom along with the heated towel rail was really nice. The wifi was faultless and worked perfectly, the heating was great. We had a small incident during the stay and the host was really helpful and resolved the issue without any problems, fantastic service and rare these days! Beds are huge and super comfy. No noise from any neighbours, only the trams service, but this is very minor (and I'm a VERY light sleeper) Supermarkets all very close, one on the doorstep but larger cheaper just around the corner. Bar just across form the square serving nice and strong cocktails for a £5 (Called Techies) Cool setting too with a good atmosphere. We covered the entire city by foot.(although you have the tram too) 20min walk to old town, 30min to the train/bus station and 30min walk down the river to reach Wawel castle. Check out easy as you just leave the key in the key safe like on arrival, Seamless and totally stress free. I travel a lot for work all around the world, and I can honestly say this has been one of my favourite accommodations. The city is amazing and I would (without hesitation) stay here on my return.

After reading the reviews I could see some previous guests had issues with the lock. The host told me the lock had been replaced but it does still stick a little. It was not an issue though once we understood this, it opened without problem every time. Instructions for the coffee machine, oven and TV could have been helpful but we used google and youtube to figure it all out. There is a huge amount of storage but a lot is taken up with masses of bedding options. Small thing but a family might struggle to store their things if travelling in a larger group, we were just 2, so not too much of an issue. Really minor things and would certainly not stop me booking again, This apartment is fantastic!!!
