Paddys Apartments Ovacık

It was a lovely one bed apartment with seperate sitting room The pool area is lovely enough sunbeds and seating areas. It's a short walk into town or there is a taxi button on corner of road.

No hot water for showers in the mornings and very limited in the evening

washing machine and clotheslines for drying laundry.

TL;DR: The hotel was a major disappointment with poor room conditions, no cleaning service for two weeks, uncomfortable bedding, and an unprofessional owner who sprayed water over my belongings during cleaning. I do not recommend staying here. I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with visible wear and tear. The showerhead was clogged, causing water to flow poorly, and the small shower screen meant that water sprayed all over the bathroom, flooding it every time I tried to shower. In two weeks, there was no cleaning service at all, and the bed linens and towels were never changed. The bedding itself was old, synthetic, and covered in pilling, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The outdoor seating area had dusty cushions that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. At night, I couldn’t sleep due to the constant noise from the electrical panel in the room. The worst part was when I left my mousepad and a glass of juice on a table in the yard for just 15 minutes. A man who claimed to be the owner came to clean the floor with a hose, claiming there was broken glass. However, he sprayed the table where my things were sitting, soaking them completely. There were no signs of broken glass on or around the table. When I asked why he did that, he said the table belonged to another room and I wasn’t allowed to use it, even though there were no signs indicating this. When I asked if this was a reason to soak someone’s belongings, he had no response. I do not recommend this hotel. For the same price, you can find a much better place to stay. I was very surprised and disappointed that this hotel has a rating of 8.9 on Booking.com.

Lovely apartment in a quiet, but handy location. Sharon, the owner is always at hand to answer any questions you might have. I loved it, and will definitely go bach the next time i'm in the area

Very peaceful and lovely surroundings. Rooms have everything you need and plenty of space. Sharon (the owner) always at hand if needed. She organised my taxi to airport no problem. Clean and tidy everywhere.

Everything okay

we visited Paddy`s from the 8th April to the 21st of April 2024 so it was a little early in the season. the location was nice and quiet, and ideal for our 2 week stay, also we were lucky to have some nice hot weather for the majority of the time we were there. Sharon our host was very helpful and nothing it seemed was too much trouble for her and made our stay there so enjoyable which is why we both recommend Paddy`s apartments
