Melbourne City Apartment Hotel

Everything was beautiful, including the lobby, the elevator, the hallways, the pool/gardens/spa and the room. The location was quiet, but within walking distance of public transport, the city and the docklands - perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money was exceptional, I felt like we had a 6 star experience with a 4 star price! It was one of the best places I have stayed in throughout Australia and will stay here again next time I travel to Melbourne.

Absolutely lovely staff always happy to help with anything and I loved walking into reception after a day out or a night out because the atmosphere was so relaxing

I liked how the property was modern and within close proximity to Queen Vic Markets, Docklands and Southern Cross Station.

Generally the room was clean, but I kept finding long black hairs everywhere; on the carpets, in my bed after walking on the carpet, in the shower, on the shower wall, in the bathroom sink, bathroom floor - it was quite off putting. Secondly, the bed was a little uncomfortable as it was two single beds pushed together, but they kept splitting if you’d roll over to the middle. Lastly, the curtains in the room didn’t close all the way and were partially broken - not ideal when there is an apartment directly facing into the rooms and the balcony door isn’t entirely tinted.
