Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff

It was very clean, comfortable. Giovanni is a helpful host who quickly provides all necessary information and advice. The apartment is very clean, the pool is spotless, and it’s definitely worth a visit. The breakfast is very tasty.

I liked literally everything. The host Giovanni was very helpful, always responsive, provided us with lots of useful info, breakfasts were very tasty. The location is perfect, in the middle of beautiful nature with nice views, under pine trees, at the same time close to Castiglione and to nice beaches. Neat and well maintained property

The size of the apartment was more than enough for us. There was a big bed and a swimming pool. The views from the 1st floor are amazing on the fields and hills of southern Tuscany. In front of the building there are high cypres, which are giving a chilling shadow. Great that every room has option to have breakfast outside, in a personal space. Same for the swimming pool - each room has its own gazebo.

Big bathroom, but no bathtube, just shower. You need to collect your garbage and transport it 1km further. Small TV.

Everything. This is a little slice of heaven.
