It was the only available hotel.

Everything was bad. The hotel was not renovated in 40 years. All the Facilities are old. Needs new shower, toilet, paint, new bed, desk, chairs, flooring, windows everything. For the money they ask they could renovate it every 5 years... BTW the white towels were not washed. There was hair and blood on them. I had my own towels so I binned the one they provided. Also there were bugs in the room so you have to catch them before you sleep (as seen on the picture)

The hotel was very clean with comfy pristine white sheets on the bed and nice pillows which made for a good nights sleep. The room and ensuite were spotless. We arrived late at night and so when opening the curtains in the morning were pleasantly surprised at our lovely balcony over looking a very pretty view of the lake and the hotel patio area's. It is in a quiet area with birds singing in the trees.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which lets the hotel down. We had been driving around after midnight trying to find the hotel and were in desperate need of a drink in our room on arriving. There are not enough signs for the hotel enroute (Sat-nav confusing) and there is one particular sign... just off a roundabout that is positioned in a way that sends you along the wrong road. We were lucky enough to see a local and asked for directions. So MORE clear signs needed,

Could use a restoration.

I dont like the room that has no kettle, and the person at the reception didn't tell me that our room is in the basement, not on the 4th floor. And the breakfast was not good etc.

The breakfast lady was very nice.

Staff at arrival were the opposite of friendly. In our room there were no kettle, tea or coffee. Instead, there were two dirty glasses one of which had mold in it. Our keycard didn't work and when I raised this at the reception, staff tried to explain me how keycards worked instead of activating them properly. They ended up giving me a key to the room with no comments made. We have booked a room with a balcony, only the balcony was missing. OK value for the price as they are quite cheap though I think we just learned why.

Clean and confort

It’s a good value for the price and good location for relaxation little far from the city , so must to have a car better. Close to the airport , just 10 mints drive

Heater in the room was not working good

+ free car parking + extreme friendly and patient multilingual staff + very honest room cleaning staff (they informed us that we forgot 2 mobile devices and a purse in the room) + elevator + excellent restaurant with good selection of food in the menu + very big bathroom + we had room with nice view to the lake

- bathroom could not be heated (it was quite cold in the morning) - mold in the shower cubicle - small room with old, worn out furnitures - very poor breakfast buffet
