we were looking for a room in the middle of rice fields and far from busy ubud . we were pleased with the eco lodge as it was exactly what we needed. Room is great, views amazing, breakfast excellent and the restaurant is great too (we ate there each night). highly recommended !

We stayed for 3 nights, we had a wonderful warm welcome on arrival. Our lovely villa was set in the rice fields with a beautiful garden in front of the veranda. The villa had a large room with comfortable bed and desk. A good sized bathroom with large shower area. All immaculately clean. On the veranda was a rocking chair and two further chairs and table. We enjoyed just sitting there watching the wildlife and listening to the birds and frogs. The dining area was raised above the reception area and provided amazing views of the area. Food was delicious especially the fresh fruit. The staff were very helpful, obliging and provided us with guidance on what we could do in the area and also arranged for a bespoke tour with chauffeur Wiarsa. The staff at the resort organised a massage session in their Spa at short notice after a walk to and back from local temples. Would highly recommend the place for those who love being close to nature and local culture.

Wonderful oasis with excellent food and very nice and helpful staff.

Customer service was great. Location was great and grounds around our cabins where well kept. Shuttle bus into Ubud included in the cost of the stay was great. Great location in the rice fields.

Pressure and condition of shower was not good. One of us had used the shower in the other cabin we pid for. Regular maintenance and replacement of shower heads recommended. Both cabins should have been detached however one was not. We had to walk across the ground to get to each other’s cabins.

If you don’t know how to ride a scooter, you are pretty limited in your ability to explore because the hills are intense to walk or use a bicycle; I had to hire a driver and it’s twice the cost of what it would be in Ubud. I ended up going south to Tegallalang or Ubud more than I’d planned because more is going on down there. But of course, that depends on what you’re looking for.
