The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The shower area had some uncleaned areas

The surrounds were beautiful and the accommodations were comfortable. The staff were absolutely gorgeous.

I love the place feels like a fairy tale. The place gets misty and foggy when it rains and it is so cozy to just be in the comfortable bed. It is located near the mountains and the staff said that it never gets hot. If you are tired of the beach and the busy life in Seminyak or Canggu, this is the place to go. However, the star of the place are the staff. Specially Yuika. She helped me booked my activities which are water purification ritual in Gunung Kawi. I also booked the private cooking class and it was fun. The sound of nature in the evening was also very calming. It is important to do your research when booking the place as this is far from everything.

It is a minimal inconvenience and it is not the fault of the property. The musky smell of the place when it rains. The pool would also be nice if it is a little heated at it is cold.

Bad smell in the shower, missing tile in the shower, wooden huts need some paint treatment
