TM Apart Hotel

Very convenient location near a supermarket, dining options (KFC), and right in front of a bus/metro station. Easy to find the location of the hotel, with a basement and nearby parking available. Friendly, responsive staff, daily cleaning with refills, a bidet available, and a relaxing balcony view in a quiet area.

The room had a slight cigarette smell when I first entered.

Room is spacious, and bed was comfortable.

Honestly most staffs were not helpful and a bit rude as well. The receptionist in the evening (2nd night), very unprofessional she should not be in reception if she does not want to move or work. Only staff that was friendly was the cleaning lady and the receptionist today morning (at least they smiled while talking even if they don’t speak fluent English) at checkout. It also says that there is 1 parking allocated per room, we took 2 rooms but we were told no parking space available so we ended up looking for parking up the street. No option for bfast, not even eggs. All cold food, not even proper coffee

Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were good and helpful.

Clean, specious, excellent location, kind and helpful staff, and quite. Over and above, it is cost effective.
