The Lodge at The Bluffs

The lady that checked us in was very nice.

To start with, they placed us in a room with no pull out bed which we had asked for. There was a permanent resident in the room next to us that made very loud noises. They offered to move us, but had to quickly clean up the room we moved to, and we had to help by putting sheets on the bed. The refrigerator was nasty, there was thick dust under the bed, and leftover candy in one of the rooms. This place is very dated which I normally don’t mind, but if you add the other issues in top of that it’s a no go.

It was a 10 mile drive to town for food.

Doors were very hard to lock and the walls are thin we could hear people clear conversations next door.

I liked the area of the lodge. It is simply beautiful.

I didn't enjoy the outdated decor. The shower curtain was dirty. I had to wash bugs out of the tub on arrival. However, I didn't see any more after that. Had to re-wash dishes. They were not very clean.
