Bushtown Hotel & Spa

Everything, the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can be, we have stayed in different hotels and this one is different from all of them this is one that you bring your children with you and you feel so relaxed and that is down to the staff, it is also very big a lot bigger than what it looks from the outside, we have now stayed 3 times and I've just booked it again and I'm yet to see a bit of dirt how clean it is is 5 star and the food is something else I was a chef years ago and I find myself being picky with food but I really can not fault any of the food all cooked perfect. Points that make us go back to a hotel is the staff and the building and how clean it is but with that chef they are one solid reason to go back everytime, the restaurant should have a michelin star because it ticks the boxes for one, in my words truly amazing fresh tasteful full of flavours, cooked perfect mouth watering food!! The food is Definitely worth a special journey ***, there was a lady with a blue shirt on i think she might have being a manager she was amazing I had asked her after we had our dinner could she bring out the slice of chocolate cake with happy birthday on it for one of the children and that was no problem at all, they even played happy birthday and the child's face was unforgettable truly made his birthday, The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and complete on your stay, We are looking forward to going back in a few days for the babys birthday next.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The staff were absolutely outstanding from start to finish especially Ivan and Anna. Couldn't have been more facilitating and so welcoming.
