This is the best sleep I had in a very long time The mattress is great ! The location, the staff everything is perfect ! Super super clean ! I even extended my stay

"Ok, however need to replace staff"

Hotel was stunning!!

The communication barrier with staff! Some staff took orders however didn’t understand anything! Very rude staff! We tried ordering room service and at 11pm and on numerous occasions they was soooo rude and put the phone down! You should have more English speaking staff!! Also we never had our rooms cleaned, no fresh towels or toilet paper even tho we asked reception to do so!!!
