Food and services are great.

Room size is small. They can play better music in restaurant.

This hotel is advertised as a 5-star property on Booking.com, but the manager later confirmed it is actually a 4-star hotel, which explains a lot of the issues we faced. Communication was a major problem. Many staff members struggled with English, which led to repeated misunderstandings. We booked half-board, but the staff wrongly told us we were only entitled to one dinner for the entire stay and gave us meal vouchers instead. Only on our last day did we find out that dinner was actually included every night, meaning we missed out on meals we had already paid for. We also booked the family suite, as the standard rooms are quite small. Facilities were not as advertised either — the “gym” is just a mirror with two 10kg dumbbells and two kettlebells, nothing more. On our last night, the hotel hosted a wedding directly beneath our room, with loud music continuing past midnight, making it impossible to sleep. When we raised these issues with the manager, he was dismissive and only offered complimentary drinks rather than a proper solution. This left us feeling unheard and undervalued as paying guests. We had a lovely time in Goa overall, but our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We would not stay here again or recommend it, especially to international travellers expecting 5-star standards.

The architecture of the place is very nice and interesting. The rooms are big and clean and you feel comfortable staying there. The Chefs & Waiters at the restaurants are so polite and nice and make sure you having a good time and enjoying food. They had the best pancakes I have ever eaten, dont know how but they do 😂

(1) The location is not good, since goa miles (local uber) does not work and u need to use taxis that charge triple price and the hotel has no designated taxi to look after u for fair pricing. (2) When the hotel has a function/event it is very loud and you cant really sleep with all the noise. (3) In my room the electricity would go off and on all the time! I mentioned this to reception twice and they did nothing about it. They just looked at me in a weird way like i was a psycho. (4) I asked for late check out and reception confirmed that it was extended to 13:00 and the date of checking out the reception called and told us we need to check out at 12:00 and acted dumb about the previous promise ( the told us at 11:10) which i found disrespectful and unprofessional.
