Good location off the street.big rooms.News in English on the TV.

There was a very musty smell in the bedroom & the window couldn't open much so no fresh air to dispel the bad air.I think the floor has been damp & the floor needed to be dried out properly

The apartment was really nice and clean - the view was spectacular. After having issues with the coffee machine, everything worked properly! The staff was great - very responsive to any issues.

The bedrooms were a bit on the smaller side. The lighting in the far bedroom was annoying - there was no main switch to turn off/on the bed lighting.

Todo muy bien. Hay dos opciones de desayuno, ambas muy completas.

Reacts to questions accurately. Was able to request and book a parking spot quite late. This flexibility was really appreciated.

This is one of the best appointed and comfortable apartments we’ve rented—everything needed was provided and worked well! The apartment is located a short walk from the central tourist area right on the river which we appreciated. It has a restricted view of the river if you look to the right of a building in front. The service was great--the staff was very attentive to our needs. Miguel met us at door and showed us how to work the appliances. It’s important to get help on how to use the washing machine because it’s difficult to figure out. The washing machine is great because it also includes a dryer (but the negative is the washing cycle is more than two hours and drying four hours so we ran it while out or during the night and that worked out). The next day a housekeeper came and provided more towels and supplies. We were really pleased with the accommodation and service and will certainly return. A nearby restaurant, Viva Porto, is wonderful, reasonably priced, and highly recommended.

The rooms need more lights. The large living room has only two hanging lights over the dining table so the rest of the room is dim and the kitchen has only a light over the sink.

This apartment was a 10 out of 10. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. At night, it was quite, which helped us get plenty of rest. Even though the unit wasn't in a loud and busy area, we were so close to all the main attractions in the city that we'd either walk to them or catch a ride to them, depending on how steep the jills were. When we needed new towels or an iron and ironing board, the staff quickly brought it to our unit. The air-condition worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. Let me make this easy for you, in case you're worried about where to stay. Unless you're looking for a unit that is on top of bars, in the middle of a noisy street, don't want lots of space or an attentive staff, then this is the unit you're looking for. This one checks all the boxes. If we're fortunate enough to come back to Porto, i promise you, this is where we'll stay.

The washer/dryer combo machine was the only negative in the unit. It takes sooooo long to wash and dry the clothes. After washing the clothes, they dryer function turns on, but it doesn't use hot air and an exhaust to dry the clothes, it uses a hear function like an oven. You'd seriously need about 8 hours to fully wash and dry a load of laundry. It's not the management's fault, it's just how the machine works. It was clean and fully functional, just not efficient. After the first night, when we tried to wash our clothes, we found a laundry business less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We took our laundry there and it was done in less than 1.5 hours. It cost about $10 euros to wash and dry in the XL machines. There was a small coffee and pastry business right next door, so we had breakfast while we waited for our clothes. That's the only flaw in the unit, but the easy fix is taking the clothes down the street to the laundry matt.

That it’s a serviced apartment. Clean and spacious. Good kitchen. Nice roof terrace.

Not the fault of the property but we struggled to find a reasonable supermarket less than 25 minutes hilly walk away. Which was a bit of a problem for self catering

The property was centrally located within walking distance of everything. The apartment was big and plentiful for what we needed.

Everything was great!
