The location is great. The manager response is quick. This place surpassed our expectations & we are very happy & will recommend to anyone. Very neat, tidy, and they have lots of little details to make this place like home away from home. The futon & duvet are very thick & very comfortable. The amenities are excellent.

The only thing we don't like is the pillow, too hard for our preference.

部屋も広くいろいろな物がそろっていてすごくゆっくり過ごすことができました。駅も近くて便利だしまた泊まりたいです。

Great size for family and comfortable stay. Nice bathroom heater.

Location a bit further away from station and attractions. There was greasy smell in the kitchen. I suspect from the grease rangehood filter.

内装がとても綺麗でした。 内廊下になっていて、壁には石川らしい金の入った飾りが装飾されていましたが、派手な装飾ではなく、あくまでも控えめに飾ってあったのがとても好印象でした。 お部屋の中もとても綺麗で清潔感がありました。お部屋にあるアメニティも素晴らしく、シャンプーやコンディショナーがとてもよかったです。化粧水なども無印良品のもので、安心して使えました。 洗濯機も乾燥機能付きのドラム洗濯機で、また浴室乾燥もあり、洗濯物が夜のうちに乾いてとても助かりました。

部屋の電子レンジが壊れていて使えませんでした。電源は入り、動くのですが、中に入れたものが温まりませんでした。 また、お手洗いは少し臭いが気になりました。芳香剤など置いてあるとよかったかな、と思います。
