The host is very nice, good communication.

While not exactly central, the apartment is a great stop for a group of friends or a family. It is conveniently located in South Nicosia, within 7 min away from the nearest bus stop (line 13/14 taking you to the city centre in 20 mins). A hypermarket is about 12 mins away (on foot). We really liked how bright (two terraces!), cosy and well appointed it was! The hosts had thought of anything that a visitor might need, from kitchen utensils and basic spices / condiments to a washing machine, extra towels/bedding, travel adaptors and complementary tea. There was plenty of space for luggage, and for chilling out. Wi-Fi was great as was the hot water in the shower! Communication was prompt and comprehensive. I'd warmly recommend it and would like to thank the hosts.

Neither the apartment, nor the building are new (of which we were given advance notice), so there was some wear and tear of facilities / amenities, but these didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.

it was dirty, bathroom’s door couldn’t close, there was hole on the front door, there was a dead spider in the elevator, allergies because of the dust

The host was very responsive and gave very clear instructions before the check in and check out.
