Reception at check out: I just asked if I could make the check out at 1pm, 1 hour after standard check out time at 12(noon)...but the Receptionist (Monday 1st of June shift) has been straight to the point: for check out until 3pm you have to pay... I just replied: yes, but I just need at least 1 more hour He replied: the same, you have to pay. I just left
