The Karol Hotel, St. Petersburg Clearwater, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We got back super late after the Chris Brown concert and were honestly drained. Gregory was the only one working, but you’d never know it. He got us water, extra towels, and still had a calm, welcoming vibe. That kind of service sticks with you.

We didn’t expect much at 2 am but the overnight guy Greg went above and beyond. Bottles of water and positive energy after a long night at the Chris Brown concert. Can’t thank him enough he really took care of everyone like it was nothing.

Late night check in, but the front desk guy was chill. Dude had great energy, cracked a joke, and made the whole thing feel effortless. Felt more like I was staying with a friend than a hotel.

The property felt very high end and the staff was so welcoming. The stay truly felt 5 star

New, clean and good costumer service.

Trevelocity called and change reservation to two queen beds The girl who claimed to be a Mangaer said that Travelocity never called was extremely rude I think her name was Caroline Never will stay in that hotel

The Karol stands 9 floors and it looks expensive but it is NOT When you walk in the door, you’re greeted to White on white marble . Looks like heaven before the pearly gates. The desk staff, Genesis Caroline, Ellen, Vicki are so warm and inviting.. you get a champagne toast at check in . Elite lounge is dark wood and dark brown leather feels like a cigar bar at the ritz carllton .. they have the best bourbon scotch selection I’ve ever seen in a hotel catch restaurant has the best seafood and the best steaks. My steak was better than Burns. Steakhouse not kidding. My chicken waffles in the morning was amazing as I went up the elevator, clean wood chrome to my Suite. It was huge also white marble floors in my bathroom, a tub and a shower. It was beautiful The three rooms were so well anointed I could live there forever. The room service was exceptional as Taj and Ellen brought up my food doing the manager. Also helped my time there upstairs rooftop was pouring drinks so well garnished my cosmopolitans or to die for. I love The Karol Hotel. I recommend it to everyone the only place to stay in Clearwater, Florida is The Karol Hotel
