Rato Design with Terrace by Homing

The location is great. The appartment is renovated and all the facilities are present. We can leave the luggages at the office of Homing Group.

The light in the living room are not string enough. There is a sewage smell in the bathroom. The floor on the terrace has holes which is dangerous.

The apartment was clean, spacious, relatively well furnished, and located in a very good position to explore the city.

Communication was difficult. Before arriving in Lisbon, I wrote multiple messages asking for some information but they all remained unanswered. Although there’s an office of the rental company right next to the building of the apartment, we had to check in and pick up the keys in another office located a couple of metro stations away. The furniture is ok a but it’s clear that this apartment has been used a lot and not much is done to keep it in good shape. For example, the cover of the kitchen trash was missing, the TV cable didn’t stay in place and kept detaching from the router, one of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged.
