This hotel was perfect for us. Rooms were clean, restaurant served good food, staff were friendly and accommodating. It is not too far from the beach but st away from a noisy area. We came to relax and we certainly did. We will definitely be back to this hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged a scooter for us and made late check-in super easy. A wonderful experience overall!

Nothing just awesome

Breakfast was good, 5 different options that changed everyday, bread to toast, fruit, juice and coffee.

There was no hot water in our room, when asking about that we were told we had to fill up to 2 buckets and maybe it would come. Not only that feels not environmentally friendly but also the hot water never came. Pool was green, bottom could not be seen. We didn't dare to go in as it looked like it could be harmful. Also asked about it and answer was it was good to swim but they would put chlorine and clean it, which they didn't. Bedsheets didn't smell clean and were yellowish. Toilet bowl looked like it was never properly brushed, many stains. Overall disappointed as we were looking forward for a swimming pool. Breakfast was the only saviour

В моем номере были панорамные окна, но вид на них был на балкон с общим доступом, то есть если хочется выйти из душа без трусишек, то готовитесь быть замеченным или закрывайте шторки заранее.

It was in a calm street and there was only noise from some stray dogs and motorcycles. The staff was really nice and helpful.

It could have been a bit cleaner, especially the bedsheets. Also, we paid for buffet breakfast but being end of season it was not available. Breakfast could be definitely improved.

A nice small hotel, located in a quiet part of Arambol, but still within walking distance to the beach. The receptionist and the team were very friendly. In addition to a lovely breakfast served every morning, the pool was a nice treat to cool down during a hot day. The hotel and the room were very clean. Definitely worth staying here if in North-Goa.

Property was good But swimming pool was not clean, and the road is very narrow for car parking
