The design of the shower was ridiculous. There was no door on it so water sprayed all around the bathroom. The drain was not quick enough at taking away the water so we managed to flood the bathroom and had to use towels and dressing gowns to mop it up. When I made the staff aware, they first recommended we would need to pay for extra towels. We managed to negotiate on this though.

Red ants in the room spoiled our food, the hotel policies were not customer friendly, the flooring was pathetic, sewage system was not proper, room looked beautiful n clean but was not actually cleaned

Water floods when shower

IEIt was very close to the airport ,and the staff were really nice.
The day we arrived it was raining non stop . The room was wet and I mean wet! The walls were damp and the beds were damp and the room smelled of damp and mould .... really not very pleasant . There was mould and wet in the corners of the bedroom and bathroom
This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. The only real problem for me was the construction in the lobby and right next to the hotel. The bed was too firm for my liking, but the couch was comfortable. I would have liked to stay long term if there was a real refrigerator and no construction There is no restaurant and my room didn't have a balcony. I hope to stay again under better conditions. I really love the feel of the room
