Great location, a short walk to the town center and with a lovely view of the river. The garden terrace was beautiful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening as the sun set. The breakfast at the cafe upstairs was great and the staff there were very nice. The washing machine is a real bonus for people like us on a longer trip around Europe. Would highly recommend.

The stairs to get down to the apartment is not for the faint hearted and would not be suitable for people with any kind of mobility challenges, especially hard to get large suitcases up and down.

"A PERFECT five-star stay in Krumlov!"

Perfect location, gorgeous decor and a beautiful garden and hot tub overlooking the Vltava River. Bed was very comfy, the welcome wine was absolutely delicious and so thoughtful! Breakfast upstairs at Topinka was so delicious and the owner was so charming, warm and gracious. The eating machine came in VERY handy and was a nice surprise for travelers on the road. We loved EVERYTHING!

Only that we couldn’t stay longer!

The location couldn't be beat right at the edge of the pedestrian zone into town. We had a lot of luggage and we were given a parking spot in front of the apartment. You need to request the spot as it is prime parking. The interior decor of the apartment was delightful and comfortable. Treza managing the apartment was easy to get in touch with and the process of getting the keys was very easy (lockbox code in front) The breakfast was downstairs at the BIstro and it was delicious! Eggs and a wonderful cheese meat board spread. All the product are local organic so everything was healthy and fresh.
