Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). 有馬温泉駅からホテルまで距離的には遠くないですが、結構な坂道です。送迎車は時間があわず30分程待ちました。 お風呂はサウナも水風呂もあり、良かったです。赤湯（金泉）と普通の湯が2つ。 朝食はまぁまぁ良かったです。

スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしかったです‼️ 皆さん優しい対応で気持ち良かったです‼️ ただ、坂道で上にホテルがあるので 足の不自由な母は歩くことができず残念でした 歩道？はなく少し危ないなぁとも思いました
