I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Tree of Life Dehradun. The overall quality of the property did not meet expectations. The condition of the room and bathroom was very poor and lacked proper maintenance. Additionally, the quality of breakfast served was below standard. Compared to other Tree of Life properties, this location falls significantly short in terms of service, amenities, and overall experience. The amenities provided were also of substandard quality. Given the reputation associated with the Tree of Life brand and its association with HCL Group, it is surprising to see such a low level of quality at this property. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the standards of this location.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a peaceful ambience that felt both luxurious and deeply grounding. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff exuded warmth, courtesy, and a genuine desire to make our stay special. Their attention to detail and gracious service made us feel completely at home.

The location is difficult to reach, but nothing worthwhile is ever easy to get.
