Nothing no hot water and the receptionist argued there was hot water. Reported to Bookings.com and waiting for their response for a refund as we did not stay. Found other accomodation

Rude people both the receptionist and manager I spoke to regarding a refund due to no hot water.

The room had a bath

No maintenance happening,simple things like skirting board and door frame etc.Parking huge problem.Not what we saw in photos. We read the reviews about previous theft in rooms by staff only once we were booked in,we didn't have anything go missing but were constantly worried and can see how it would happen, As a guest you have to buzz in everytime to get in,so the staff can see you come and go easily on camaras and you can't get back in until they open for you,this would give them the advantage if they wanted to go through your belongings,it really doesn't make you feel safe.
