The swimming pool was a bit smelly, the gym is very small.

The view is superb. You can see almost the whole beach and can see the sunset from your room. Staff is nice and supportive. Breakfast is well enough. Daily cleaning is very good, they refill everything (i.e. shower gel, shampoo, still water...).

Our room did not have a bath as indicated and shown on the room information on Booking. The double bed was shaped by putting the twin beds together so they could be easily separated.

The view is amazing.

I book a room with queen bed, but actually, it was 2 single bed.

The room was cleaned daily and the beds were incredibly comfortable. With the beach across the road, location was perfect. Netflix on tv was excellent, especially considering we were sick for a couple of days and stuck in the room a lot. It was also very easy to extend our stay twice (due to illness). Buffet breakfast was ok.

The room was very small, but not too bad. The soundproofing is a major issue however. People talking in the hallway sounded as if they were in the same room and we could hear the toilets flushing in the next room (and the people on the toilet!!) and water pipes draining down the wall. Soundproofing is non existent. The laundry service is efficient but very expensive.

My initial stay on the 19th floor was delightful, with a beautiful sea-view and very mild traffic noises. Despite hot water issues twice during my one-week stay, the staff promptly resolved the problem. The hotel provided a decent buffet breakfast for a satisfactory start to the day. Later, I realized the tranquility of my stay was due to having quiet and considerate guests as neighbours.

My extended stay became unpleasant when I realised that the hotel does not have soundproofing as they have claimed. This was glaringly apparent when a disruptive noisy family, who had booked the entire floor, moved in. Their open doors, continuous running in the hallway, and loud yelling created a chaotic atmosphere. The hotel suggested that I move to another room on the 12th floor, claiming it would be quiet since I'd be the only guest. However, upon checking the room, I opted not to move because the traffic noises were much worse. The hotel should have been more organised by assigning the noisy family to that vacant floor, providing them with exclusive use without disturbing other guests. During check-in, the hotel wanted to hold my passport, even though the room was already paid in full. They insisted on holding the passport or I have to pay a deposit. Unsettled by this, I contacted Booking customer service, and within one hour, I was able to retrieve my passport.
