"Pleasant comfortable stay in a clean hotel but missed a window as no natural light."

Clean. Friendly staff and good level of cleaning. Great location in centre. Had good air conditioning.

Little tired. No natural light in rooms as no windows. Toilet didn’t flush properly and had to fix myself. Reception staff Spanish speaking but can make do with Google translate. Reflect my poor Spanish.

La ubicación es ideal para conocer el centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones son bastante cómodas. Apesar de estar en zona concurrida la tranquilidad para descansar es apropiada

Todo el personal fue muy amable atento. La limpieza era excelente

El restaurante estaba rico. Solo que cuando pedí mi cafe de olla la taza venia sucia. Y la taza de mi acompañante olía a huevo. Creo que ser mas minucioso en la limpieza en el restaurante.

Lindo Hotel, estilo colonial, cerca al centro histórico, zona tranquila, buena atención, checkin rápido, recomendable

El parking no estaba dentro de las instalaciones del hotel, eso no nos agrado

Solo la ubicación

Que me cambiaron la habitación con balcón que había reservado a una habitación común y había cucarachas en un día de estancia que estuvimos, la atención y trato no fue tan agradable
