SGPlenty eateries, although in busy area but hostel is in a quiet corner .
No privacy. Only one power socket . No light at the bunk bed. No curtain to cover the bunk bed for privacy. No soup solution for bathing . Towel provided like rag !!!!

UASGI stayed here both times when I was in Ipoh. Room and common area were clean and tidy. Hostel is located near a night market, Malay food court (must try their satay and nasi goreng ayam), 2 amazing kopitiams for breakfast and brunch and a few famous (with tourist) chinese restaurants (nasi ayam tauge, hor fun, salted chicken).
Bring ear plugs. Apparently the locals love to ride their loud motorcycles down the road where the hostel is located.

Long, long way from the main Ipoh Bus Terminal... No Staff present - Steep stairway to Hostel - Long walk to Shopping Mall & Supermarket
USEverything was comfy. No Complaints what so ever. Never met with any staff just chatted by whats app. It was smooth.
