Grand Caribbean by ALBVR

The property was nice for what we paid for. Floors were a bit sticky but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with all we needed. My only complaint was the parking lot. When we placed the parking permit in the window we didn’t realize our last day was not on our permit. (Every hotel or condo we have ever stayed at has the parking permit already filled out). We spent most of our time on the beach or in the condo and did not drive our vehicle much. We had to leave for a family emergency the night before we were supposed to check out and we had a boot on our car. We got a “warning”, and then two hours later a boot was placed on our vehicle for not fixing the permit in time. It cost $300 for them to take the boot off, and an hour to fix before we could finally leave. I understand the property isn’t at total fault but it would’ve been nice for a little warning to ensure we filled our pass out correctly to prevent us spending an additional $300 for something that easily could’ve been prevented.

Nothing negative to say about my experience.

Everything was spotless except the floors. I was barefooted from taken a shower the first night and my feet was sticking to the floor. I looked at my feet and they were nasty brown color. I mopped the floor myself.

The TV in the living room did not work, and the only other TV in the bedroom only worked on basic cable, like it was the year 2000. Fix up the place, alot of areas need fixing and upgrading, and the TVs are at the year 2000 standards.....

It wasn't what I expected. No nice views. My Grandchildren were disappointed; they were hoping for a nice Balcony to hang out on. and looking for a stay on the Beach. The Kitchen sink has no stopper. Needed a Keurig Coffee Maker for our Coffee pods. A TV remote was a missing battery cover.
